Family – Help
FAMILY.
The family section has seven headings as can be seen by the snipped image of the Family drop down menu.
The seven section are as follows:-
1. Family
This page is simply a welcome to the family section and has a slide show displaying several family images. To the right is the right side bar a snip of which is shown below. Clicking on any one of these link will take you to page suggested by the link title.
It is important to mention that the News pages are password protected, you will need to be a registered user and to be logged in to view them. Clicking on the News Healdlines link will take you to the current news headlines. If you wish to see more detail you will find links in the right side bar that allows you to choose news from 2005 to the current year.
3. Artists
The Artists link will take you to a welcome page with a collage of the artists work. In the right side bar is a list of the artists. Clicking on the artist name will take you to a page displaying a selection of that artists work.
4. Writers
The writers link will take you to a welcome page with details regarding the writers. In the right side bar are links to those artist clicking on your chosen writers name will take you to their work.
5. Photographs
The Photographs link will take you to a welcome page with details regarding the photographers, a sample photo, and an invitation to share your photographs with us. In the right side bar are links to those photographers that have been good enough to share their pictures with us. Clicking on your chosen photographers name will take you to their work. Some of the selection rea professional works like the wonderful slide show of Rebecca Lynn de Dulins marriage to Marley Wayne Hardoe Prashad on the 5th of January 2007 in the Great Bath, The Roman Baths, Bath, Avon. England.
If you run your mouse over the slide show the control panel will appear. The symbols are follows:

Click here and you wil be presented with the next image:
If you see a picture you wish to view click on it and an enlarged view is shown. The 
will close tha image and take you back to the menu. The 
arrows will take you to the next image left or right. The 
will pause the show and the 
will start the show. This symbol 
shows how many pages of photographs the slide show has, you can see three dot here which signifies three pages.
The next button 
will make the picture full screen, press escape (Esc) to return from full screen. And the next three symbols 
are back – pause and forward.
If you the screen changes to quickly and you wish to take your time and study each picture more closely then click on the pause button and then use the left and right arrows to change the image, see here > 
6. Sounds
The sounds link will take you to the family sounds page. A list of family members whose contributions are available. Scroll down to the sounds you wish to listen and in some cases view courtesy of You Tube. The sounds are played via the player shown below.
Clicking on the play arrow will start the player and it’s form will change to this 
the sound will play and the time left will show in the display. The volume can be changed by click on the white vertical bars on the left 
, the taller the bar the louder the sound. Clicking on the pause symbol 
stops the player.

will show the video full screen then the 
button will reduce the screen to the original size. The 
button allows some You Tube options. And the 
button allows you to change the picture deffinition from 360p through 480p to 720p High Deffinition.
This slider enables you to adjust the volume.
7. Miscellany
Clicking on Miscellany in the Family drop down menu takes you to a welcome page. In the right side bar is a menu of contributers to Miscellany, shown above. Click on the link you wish to view.
